We work with UPS for item deliveries. Before checkout, our customers will need to enter their address and after they do so, the page will show all of the possible shipping methods and rates. No flat rate.

At the moment, the payment methods that are accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, and electronic bank transfers. Currently, we are working on getting PayPal up and running as one of the payment methods.

The deliveries usually take 5 – 8 days on average.

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

After ordering, you will receive an automatic email including your invoice from our website. After the payment is received, UPS will be picking up your order for delivery. Throughout the delivery process, you will receive an email from UPS that will allow you to be able to track the shipment.

In short, our customers will have 15 days to return the items after the delivery is complete and will be refunded as soon as the returned items are received. After 15 days, your order will not be eligible for returning. For more detailed information about our Refund and Return Policy, click here.
